As announced in Commercial Motor (June 21st 2007) the Health and Safety Executive have said all companies operating Fork Lift Trucks must make Risk Assessments to evaluate the dangers associated with operating these vehicles, and must also provide adequate Health and Safety training for operators. This is in addition to the requirement for basic operator training.
