Su Winch will become Operations Director and Bob Thompson will take on the role of European Sales Director. Su, who has been at Novadata since 2006, will head Training and Management Research and Development. Bob, who has worked with Novadata on a consultancy basis for over 10 years, will now take full responsibility for Sales and Training in Europe.
