'DRIVER CPC' TRAIN THE TRAINER (PCV/LGV)
This 5-day course provides comprehensive training on all the requirements to become an approved trainer and is aimed at those hoping to become a trainer for the Driver CPC
This Novadata Driver CPC course covers The School Run & Customer Care, and presentation skills. Participants will become City &Guilds (7300) accredited and be qualified to train others within their own and other organisations. ((Subject to JAUPT approval) Please note City & Guilds Certification Registration is included in the price)
Participants will also obtain, if required, one day Driver CPC attendance.
Aims
To provide an understanding of the key issues of customer service and the benefits of employees’ contribution to the company’s and their own success and to provide an understanding of the key issues affecting the driver’s role in transporting schoolchildren

• Practical solutions to overcome barriers and 'Maintaining the relationship'
Outcome
Enhances staff contribution to commercial success of business by improving customer interface. Enables employers to meet the compliance and legal requirements with regard to employees being given appropriate information and training regarding the carriage of schoolchildren.
