ADR Course Dates 2008

CBT Software Patch - Adobe Version Fix.( Drivers CD Training)
This patch that takes care of the Adobe Acrobat problem with CBT. Adobe changed their registration procedure form version 6 to 7 so installations of version 7 are not recognised by the installation program. Just run the patch and the CBT can then be started. Click the icon to download the patch.

CBT Explorer 7 Patch
Problems when starting the Digital Tachograph CBT program may occur when using Internet Explorer 7. When the program is started an error message is displayed even when the original CD is being used.

The following instructions apply to the patch:

Solution
Download the patch (250 kB). (If applicable unzip the file) In the following window choose one of the options: "Open" or "Save".

If you choose "Open", the patch will be installed immediately on your computer.
If you chose "Save" and download the file, you will have to run the file now or later to install the patch.
During installation, follow the instructions given by the program.
Remark: You need administrator privileges for the computer to install the patch.
The installation program copies some files and a shortcut "Start DTCO Training Patch" is created on your desktop.
Use this shortcut to start the program from now on.

After installing the patch the program has to be started as follows:

Insert the CD into your CD drive. If the autostart function is activated and the program is started automatically from CD, abort this process by closing all browser windows that have been opened.
Start the program by double-clicking the shortcut "Start DTCO Training Patch" that has been created on your desktop.
A window is opened
Choose the letter of your CD-ROM drive from the drop-down list, e.g. "E:".
The program starts now with this window
Then choose your language and the training is started afterwards.
Choosing the letter of your CD-ROM drive is necessary only once after installing the patch.
