DRIVER AS AMBASSADOR

 The ‘Driver as Ambassador’ course is part of a programme of modules designed by Novadata to help individuals and the industry to continuously improve, in line with the Driver CPC directive. Specifically, this module seeks to build on the more technical aspects of Driver CPC by encouraging drivers and managers to take responsibility for some of the wider concerns faced by the industry. Whether minimising stress or maximising customer care, this course enables participants to distinguish themselves and promote their companies thereby enhancing reputation.
COURSE AIMS:
Professional development for all people working in the road transport industry leading to improved public relations, higher standards and job satisfaction.
