    'DRIVERS CPC' TRAIN THE TRAINER
     
    Course Aim:
    • To develop trainer instructional and presentational skills.
    • To ensure they have the knowledge and understanding to deliver effective driver CPC Courses..
    Course Content:
    • Knowledge and understanding of Driver CPC Syllabus.
    • Understanding modern instructional techniques and how adults learn.
    • Classroom presentational skills and multi media equipment.
    • Effective group and individual exercises.
    Outcomes:
    • Each delegate will finish the course with a complete delivery pack for one specific CPC programme.
    • Delegates will have the resourses / capability to   deliver Novadata's  approved programmmes.
    • All participants will receive a certificate of attendance and competency from approved instructors.
    • Video records of practise presentations will be issued for post training analysis and improvement.
    • Delegates will acquire knowledge and practise the basics of group coaching and learning.
