• To develop trainer instructional and presentational skills.
• To ensure they have the knowledge and understanding to deliver effective driver CPC Courses.
• To help transport businesses meet demanding new training requirements, by coaching people within the industry to deliver their own courses.
• To provide guidance on the design and delivery of effective training.

• Each delegate will finish the course with a complete delivery pack for one specific CPC program.
• Delegates will have the resources and should have the capability to deliver Novadata's  approved programs.
• All participants will receive a certificate of attendance and competency from approved instructors.
• Video records of practice presentations will be issued for post training analysis and improvement.
• Delegates will acquire knowledge and practice the basics of group coaching and learning.

The aim of the course is to enable you to;

• Deliver and design your own training programs
• Run a Drive Safe, Stay Legal course
• Confidently communicate in front of groups
• Evaluate and continuously improve your training sessions
• Constructively share your knowledge with work colleagues
• Identify your preferred style of training for effective presenting.

Please note that whilst Novadata will supply you with the knowledge and understanding of Driver CPC, each candidate's company will have to obtain JAUPT approval for their centre and any course they are intending to deliver.
