ADR Certificates COVID-19 UPDATE
Department of Transport extends ADR certificates
COVID-19 update: The Department for Transport has confirmed that, due to the present Coronavirus situation, the validity of all ADR certificates due to expire between 1 March 2020 and 1 November 2020 will be extended until 30 November 2020. However, if your ADR certificate expires during this period, you will need to attend ADR refresher training and pass an examination before 1 December 2020.
Provided you pass this examination before 1 December 2020, your ADR qualification will be extended for five years, starting from the date that your current certificate would originally have expired.
For example, if your ADR certificate was due to expire on 22 May 2020, providing you attend ADR refresher training and pass your examination before 1 December 2020, your new ADR certificate will be issued to you, with an expiry date of 22 May 2025.
