ADR and DGSA certificates extended to 21st February 2021 due to lockdown
Multilateral Agreement M330, issued by the DfT on Tuesday 3rd November 2020, has confirmed that ADR and DGSA certificates have been granted a further extension for renewal, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic.
All driver training certificates in accordance with 184.108.40.206.2 of ADR, and safety adviser certificates in accordance with 220.127.116.11 of ADR, for which the expiry date is between 1st March 2020 and 1st February 2021, will now remain valid until 28 February 2021.
Drivers will still need to renew their training and pass their examination before 28th February in order to have their certificate renewed for a period of five years. The five year renewal period will start from the original expiry date.
