How TRACE helps with Earned Recognition
TRACE helps with Earned Recognition through two main functions: TRACE holds an asset register with all the legal compliance scheduling included - for example: fixed inspection schedules, MOTs, tachos and loler; TRACE also holds maintenance history and all schedules are automatically updated when TRACE receives maintenance information, whether that's from an in-house or third party workshop.
At the appropriate time, which is every four weeks for ER, TRACE produces the DVSA KPI reports for transmission to the DVSA. The system internally flags the report for information before automatically being sent to DVSA.
