From the 15th June 2019 it is mandatory for all new HGVs to be fitted with a Smart Tachograph. Because of this, not all download devices will be compatible and will either need upgrading or replacing depending on when the device was manufactured. Please contact us at sales@novadata.co.uk to see if your device needs updating.
