Novadata has extended its range of vehicle check and defect report books with the addition of a new Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) pre-use inspection checklist book. The new, handy A5 publication comes with 50 pre numbered duplicate pages which help to create a robust record of regular checks and inspections. 

With health & safety legislation firmly in mind, the new MEWP inspection book has been devised to encourage a daily vehicle check and defect report routine, so that any faults or perceived deterioration can be safely remedied before the equipment is used. The daily check helps to spot any defects promptly so that they can be corrected, but does not take the place of the regular in-depth safety inspections which should form part of a planned preventative maintenance schedule.
