Transport Training expert Novadata is among the first UK specialist providers offering online ADR Refresher training to existing ADR Vocational Certificate holders. Examinations must still be taken in person at Novadata’s SQA approved examination centre in Braintree Essex, but the two training options can be completed with the candidate joining Novadata’s expert trainer via Zoom.
 
Novadata is offering two ADR Refresher options: a one-and-a-half-day course, covering Core, Packages and Classes 2-6, 8 and 9, or a two-day option, covering Core, Packages, Classes 2-6, 8 and 9, plus Tanks. All candidates will attend Novadata’s centre in Braintree on day three for exams, so each option will be spread across the same three days. 

Su Winch, Novadata’s Managing Director said, “We are delighted to be able to help ADR holders to resolve the dilemma of needing to renew their ADR qualification at a time when classroom learning is extremely difficult due to the Coronavirus lockdown. This way, we only require candidates to attend in person for one day, the training element being completed online, so that we can minimise risks and help everyone to stay safe.”

Novadata has invested considerable resources in making its training centre in Braintree COVID-19 secure, and has also pioneered Transport Manager CPC, Driver CPC and OLAT (Operator Licence Awareness) Training courses for both the Road Haulage and Passenger Transport sectors.
