Transport Law expert joins Novadata’s two-day Transport Manager CPC Refresher courses
Attendees at transport training provider Novadata’s two day Transport Manager CPC Refresher courses have enjoyed an added bonus recently, with the attendance of transport law expert Richard Pelly.
Mr Pelly, of Pellys Transport & Regulatory Law solicitors, has been helping to deliver refresher training for both Road Haulage and Passenger Transport operators, contributing specialist knowledge and invaluable legal insights on day two of the courses, both online and at Novadata’s training centre in Braintree Essex.
Novadata Director Mark Lewin commented, “We are delighted that Richard is making time to join us on many of our two-day refresher courses this year. Providing expert knowledge of the evolving transport law and regulatory landscape in England and Wales, he is highlighting and explaining the legal responsibilities of O Licence holders very clearly. The first few courses that we piloted having him join us have been a huge success, and greatly appreciated by our delegates; so Richard is planning to attend as many as possible during 2023, as other work commitments allow.
