ADR Training
Novadata's ADR training courses are designed for those who handle or administer goods classified as dangerous, as well as transporting them by driving the vehicles on which they are loaded.
ADR refers to the European Agreement which also enacts the UK's Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act. All drivers who transport dangerous goods must hold a Vocational Training Certificate issued by SQA. This is required by UK regulations implementing the relevant EU directive. Novadata's ADR training courses are approved by the Department for Transport and provide drivers with the knowledge they need to be aware of the hazards inherent in carrying dangerous goods and how to protect themselves and those around them. Novadata is one of the few UK training organisations to offer training in Class 1 Explosives and Class 7 Radioactives.
