Transport Manager CPC Passenger Transport

The Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for Transport Managers course is essential for those seeking a career in passenger transport management. It is the qualification required for holding an Operator Licence. This level 3 qualification is recognised by the Department for Transport and covers both National and International operations. The Certificate of Professional Competence (Passenger Transport) is divided into two assessments; a multiple choice paper; and a case study based written paper. To obtain the qualification, a candidate must pass both modules, although they can take more than one attempt at passing each module if necessary. Further exam fees are payable for re-sits.

There are now two options to choose from when sitting your Transport Manager CPC exams, for both the multiple choice and case-study modules. You can choose to sit paper-based examinations at our accredited examination centre, or to take your exams online from home. In order to sit your exams remotely, you must satisfy the examiners’ requirement for a robust internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer with a keyboard and forward-facing camera. For those choosing to take exams online, there will be additional exam dates on offer. Resit exams can also be taken from home, providing you have suitable equipment.
