Transport Manager CPC Passenger Transport Refresher 2 day Course

It is good practice for holders of a Transport Management Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Passenger Transport qualification to attend a refresher course from time to time in order to update their knowledge. This is also now strongly recommended by the UK's Traffic Commissioners.

Traffic Commissioners now request that refresher courses are only undertaken at approved centres, including accredited Transport Manager CPC examination centres. Novadata is a Skills and Education Group Awards (SEG Awards) accredited examination centre.  

Who should attend a 2 day Transport Manager CPC Refresher course?

Anyone who is applying for, or who has recently applied to become a transport manager for a particular organisation should attend a refresher course. On receipt of your application, the Traffic Commissioner will probably request that you attend a 2 day refresher course, so this is your best option. 

If you have changed roles within your organisation, and are supervising a new area or operations function, and have notified the Traffic Commissioner of this change to your O Licence details, it is good practice to refresh your knowledge on a 2 day refresher course. If it has been a long time since gaining your qualification or attending your last refresher training, please book a 2 day course. 

If you or your organisation are under active investigation by the Traffic Commissioner or other authorities, or you have been summoned to a Public Inquiry, you should attend a 2 day refresher course as soon as possible. If you have a restricted O Licence, please attend an Operator Licence Awareness Training (OLAT) course as soon as you can.
