Changes to Transport Manager CPC exams
The way that examinations are conducted for the Transport Manager CPC qualification has changed. From May 2024, all Novadata candidates have the choice between sitting their exams in a paper-based format at the company’s own approved training and examination centre, or remotely, using a new online examination system.
After completing the Transport Manager CPC course in person at our training centre in Braintree, all Novadata candidates can choose whether to sit exams online from their home or office, or in person in traditional paper format, in the familiar surroundings in which they completed their course.
Those wishing to take their exams remotely need to be aware that they must have a robust internet connection and a suitable device – preferably a laptop or PC – with a keyboard and a forward-facing camera so that the candidate is clearly visible at all times.
For candidates taking examinations online, from May 2024, there will also be additional dates available for the multiple-choice module (on average one a month). We expect in the very near future, there will also be an increase in the number of online case-study exams. For those who, unfortunately, need to resit an exam, this exciting new development will, at least, allow more opportunities to resit your exams.
Our passenger transport and road haulage Transport Manager CPC training courses are available to book online.
The Novadata team are available to discuss any questions that candidates might have about our courses and these new examination options. For help and advice, please call 01376 552999 or email sales@novadata.co.uk.
