Product Code: DCPCDGACThis course is suitable for all drivers whose work falls within the scope of the carriage of dangerous goods by road legislation, other than those within the scope of ADR. This includes drivers carrying limited quantities of potentially dangerous goods.

Our specially designed course will make drivers aware of the legislation which covers the handling of potentially hazardous goods or materials and explains the precautions and measures that they must take in order to be compliant with the law. It provides the training required by law for drivers carrying limited quantities of hazardous materials.
Our Driver CPC Dangerous Goods Awareness course covers the following aspects:
- Knowledge of the dangers of the UN classes 2, 3,4, 5, 6, 8 & 9.
- Responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Security of hazardous or dangerous goods.
- Safe loading and handling of hazardous or dangerous goods.
- Accident and emergency procedures.
1 day (7 hours towards Driver CPC)
