Our new Driver CPC course, Mental Health & Driving Related Stress, looks at the importance of good mental health for professional drivers, and examines influencing factors on mental health and wellbeing. The course also examines the main causes of driving related stress, considers how stress may contribute to road rage, and looks at key techniques for combatting or reducing it.

Suitable for both the Road Haulage and Passenger Transport sectors, it provides guidance for drivers as to when mental health conditions should be reported to the DVLA, covering both Group 1 and Group 2 licence holders.

We are currently providing this course for groups of drivers at clients' own premises. Call 01376 562999 for further information. Look out for public dates at our training centre in Braintree from 2023.
