Product Code: DCPCMHDRSDriver CPC, Mental Health & Driving Related Stress, looks at the importance of good mental health for professional drivers, and examines influencing factors on mental health and wellbeing. The course also examines the main causes of driving related stress, considers how stress may contribute to road rage, and looks at key techniques for combatting or reducing it.
Suitable for both the Road Haulage and Passenger Transport sectors, it provides guidance for drivers as to when mental health conditions should be reported to the DVLA, covering both Group 1 and Group 2 licence holders.
This course is suitable for both LGV and PCV drivers and counts as 7 hours towards Driver CPC.
